Back in 2017 I recorded several scratch tracks for what I thought would be a new album to be released the following year. But in 2018 I moved to Charlotte NC and promptly put the whole project on the back burner. Finally, after revisiting it in fits and starts it's nearing completion! Two songs are released as singles, and another 10 or so are on the way.

The inspiration for most of these songs was writing for and singing with my congregations, first in Franklin, TN and now in Charlotte. Most of them started with a congregation in mind. But, as writers know, songs take twists and turns during the writing process, and several have ended up as tunes which are more suited for personal listening or meditation.
